Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage a global team of futurists and researchers to deliver quarterly foresight reports
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Build an external network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing long-term strategic plans for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience translating complex insights
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence implications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed corporate environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
