You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable roadmaps for our innovation pipeline while representing our thought leadership at global forums.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, policy, and societal domains
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology implications
- Build scenario models for disruptive innovation adoption curves
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and industry futurist conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports (minimum 5 peer-reviewed)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Prior speaking engagements at TED, SXSW, or equivalent forums
