Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using proprietary Horizon Methodology
- Analyze exponential trends in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and human augmentation
- Produce quarterly scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry panels
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of radical curiosity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year horizon forecasting implementations
- Mastery of scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published author in futures studies or technology innovation
- Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions through visionary insights
