Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and corporate strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and socio-political domains
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating future possibilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or implemented strategic foresight projects
