Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology horizons including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate resilience
- Develop and publish quarterly trend reports on emerging socio-technological paradigms
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Oversee a cross-disciplinary research team of PhDs and industry experts
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
