- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize emerging technology investments (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptors with potential impact on our 2026 objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight domains
- Experience facilitating cross-organizational scenario planning processes
