Responsibilities

- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate objectives and ESG principles

- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into tangible R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS from APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
