Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market shifts
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, synthetic biology, Web3.0
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published author in innovation or technology foresight publications
