Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior shifts to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough initiatives with exponential growth potential
- Present future scenario analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts for continuous insight gathering
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and internal reports to embed foresight thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable insights
- Experience working in high-growth tech or consulting environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management strongly preferred
