Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Produce executive-grade strategic reports and market disruption forecasts for board presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging technology incubation
- Design and deploy organizational change management strategies for future workforce transformation
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation strategy or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Portfolio of published foresight reports or innovation case studies
