- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks identifying emerging tech and societal trends through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients to prepare for disruptive futures
- Design and implement AI-driven trend analysis platforms for real-time market intelligence
- Author high-impact white papers and thought leadership pieces on future of work/digital transformation
- Manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers to validate predictions
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Spearhead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or exponential technology domains
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
