Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future strategic priorities
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into 3-5 year product pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry disruption indicators
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community of practice
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with data-driven future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems in tech-driven environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
