Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with high precision using JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve code quality.
- Automate regression test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Perform load, stress, and security testing to ensure system resilience.
- Mentor junior QA team members and conduct code reviews.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python or JavaScript preferred).
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium/Cypress).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
