Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming help desk tickets efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups.
- Collaborate with the network team to resolve connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Train end-users on new software applications and IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
