Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap for AI capabilities, specifically targeting 2026 milestones and beyond.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures using cutting-edge frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Lead high-level research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Symbolic AI.
- Oversee the integration of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance standards into all product pipelines.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (e.g., Robotics, Cognitive Science).
- Deep expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience deploying production-grade AI systems with high availability and low latency.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong understanding of AI safety, fairness, and regulatory frameworks.
