- Lead workshops and training sessions to build foresight capabilities across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a forward-looking role.
- Proven track record in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a passion for exploring the unknown.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
