- Develop scenario-based forecasting models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Champion innovation culture by challenging assumptions and proposing paradigm-shifting initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate vision and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and published trend analysis
