Responsibilities
- Architect talent acquisition strategies for 2026's emerging tech stack (quantum, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Develop specialized pipelines for rare skill sets in computational biology and decentralized AI
- Lead employer branding initiatives targeting non-traditional tech talent pools
- Implement predictive analytics for talent forecasting and competitive positioning
- Champion DEI initiatives in next-generation tech recruitment
- Build strategic partnerships with academic innovation labs and research institutions
- Optimize candidate journey using VR/AR assessment technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or deep-tech companies
- Proven expertise in sourcing quantum/AI talent or emerging tech domains
- Mastery of Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and advanced ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience with competency-based hiring for undefined future roles
- Strong understanding of 2026 tech landscape trends and skill requirements
- Data-driven recruitment analytics background with SQL proficiency
- Certification in emerging tech talent strategies (e.g., Quantum Talent Leadership)
