Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues for a diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all technical tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and mobile devices.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure optimal utilization of company software and tools.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to identify and resolve recurring systemic issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security policies and data protection protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical terms to non-technical staff.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a background check and drug screening clearance.
