- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and regular maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineering teams to escalate complex tickets and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT assistance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems; basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
