Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Package and label products accurately for distribution to clients in the San Jose area.
- Operate scanning equipment and verify shipping documents for accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties but preferred).
