Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement process improvements.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and workstations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems.
