Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the help desk system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex technical problems and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, DNS, IP addressing, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
