Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials to and from delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track inventory using our state-of-the-art WMS systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Basic education required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory counts.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
