Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods; physical stamina is required.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
