As a Weekend Hospitality Associate, you'll be the face of our legendary hotel, creating memorable moments for domestic and international guests while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at concierge, bell desk, and lobby operations
- Manage VIP guest check-ins and personalized experiences
- Coordinate weekend event logistics and banquet services
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Execute weekend inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
