Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and oversee the architectural roadmap for 2026, ensuring our infrastructure can handle exponential growth and emerging technologies.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate and integrate next-generation technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) into current frameworks.
- System Design: Lead the architecture of large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on security, scalability, and high availability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and emerging computing paradigms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
