Responsibilities
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot critical technical issues during the night shift window.
- Resolve incoming support tickets and customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues.
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Perform routine system backups and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable transportation (for in-office roles) or a stable home office setup.
