- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging fields: synthetic biology, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused project prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in foresight journals or patent holder in emerging tech
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Ability to secure federal/state innovation grants
