- Develop patent-pending methodologies for long-term forecasting and technology adoption curves
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to drive billion-dollar investment decisions
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists while fostering a culture of radical creativity
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces featured at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing patent-pending technologies or market-disrupting innovations
- Expertise in AI-driven forecasting tools, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, bioengineering, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with experience advising C-suite and government bodies
- Published author in innovation journals or frequent keynote speaker at global tech conferences
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
