- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Partner with C-suite to embed innovation frameworks across all business units
- Secure $5M+ annual budget for experimental initiatives and emerging tech adoption
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor next-gen innovators through internal 'Future Skills' programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or STEM field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
