Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 2026+ trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce trend briefings and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for paradigm-shifting developments
- Represent the company at futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
