Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to guide organizational strategy
- Oversee experimental R&D projects focused on next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight research into market-ready innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience guiding executive workshops
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in scenario planning and trend mapping tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and communicate complex concepts compellingly
