Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging disruptions in climate tech and digital governance
- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with future market opportunities
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports on geopolitical and technological inflection points
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on long-term initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Forecasting or Scenario Planning (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives
