Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation workshops with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and patent landscapes
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech solutions
- Mentor junior innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
- Strong data analysis and strategic modeling skills
- Experience with patent analysis and tech IP strategy
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
