Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neural networks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strong background in ethical AI and regulatory compliance
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps
