Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT engineering team to escalate complex problems and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform preventative maintenance when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting printers, routers, and common office peripherals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced environment.
