Role Overview:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, manage user accounts, and assist with network connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues with hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve them within SLA guidelines.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory and Office 365.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with remote access tools (VPN, AnyDesk, TeamViewer) is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
