Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction scores.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
