Key Objectives:
As our Future of Work Strategist, you will be responsible for auditing current workflows, forecasting talent trends, and implementing systems that prepare our 10,000+ employees for the next decade of business evolution.
Responsibilities
- Design the 2026 Workforce Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategy for the future of work, predicting trends in remote work, AI adoption, and digital nomadism.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the deployment of AI-driven HR tools to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
- Gen Z Talent Acquisition: Develop specific engagement strategies to attract, retain, and upskill the next generation of talent entering the workforce.
- Hybrid Work Optimization: Design policies and physical spaces that maximize productivity in a hybrid model, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones.
- Data-Driven Culture: Utilize People Analytics to measure engagement, burnout, and retention, adjusting strategies based on real-time data.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with C-Suite executives to align workforce strategies with broader business goals and financial targets.
- Change Management: Lead internal communication campaigns to drive adoption of new technologies and cultural shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic or consulting capacity.
- Tech Savviness: Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics) within HR departments.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable operational plans.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Certifications: SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a strong plus.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced tech environment.
