- Architect and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for emerging tech roles (AI/ML, Quantum, Web3)
- Develop predictive talent models to forecast 2026 skill requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives for next-gen tech recruitment
- Implement AI-assisted screening while maintaining human-centric candidate experience
- Analyze market trends to position company as talent magnet for future tech
- Mentor recruitment team on future-focused engagement techniques
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record recruiting for emerging technologies (AI/quantum/Web3)
- Expertise in predictive analytics and talent forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Certification in AI-assisted recruitment tools (e.g., HireVue, Eightfold)
- Experience developing employer branding for future-focused talent
- Ability to articulate complex technical requirements to diverse stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
