Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche 2026 tech roles (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biometric interfaces)
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier engineering schools, hackathon organizers, and open-source communities
- Utilize AI-driven recruitment tools to analyze talent market trends and predict skill demands
- Design immersive candidate experiences including virtual reality interviews and skills-based assessments
- Partner with hiring managers to create forward-looking job architectures for emerging tech domains
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives for next-gen technical talent pools
- Measure and optimize recruitment funnel metrics specifically for 2026 competency requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML, robotics, or quantum computing specialization
- Proven track record of hiring for future-facing technologies (neural networks, edge AI, etc.)
