Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles, specifically targeting Gen Z talent pools.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using modern sourcing channels (GitHub, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to articulate our unique value proposition to digital natives and early-career professionals.
- Conduct engaging, conversational interviews that resonate with younger generations and assess cultural fit.
- Develop and execute a talent brand strategy that highlights our company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Utilize data analytics to track sourcing channels and optimize recruitment funnels for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z work ethics, communication styles, and career aspirations.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, technical stacks, and engineering methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships quickly.
- Experience utilizing social media for recruitment and employer branding.
