Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology strategy for the 2026 horizon, identifying key trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes to validate futuristic concepts before mass production.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management and ensure the efficient deployment of resources for R&D initiatives.
- Industry Analysis: Monitor global technology shifts and competitor activities to ensure Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with a proven track record of forecasting tech trends.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and articulate long-term technical strategies and their business implications.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Adaptability: High agility in navigating ambiguity and rapid changes in the tech landscape.
