Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments, including Active Directory and Office 365.
- Install, configure, and maintain peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base to improve internal processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional on-call support as needed.
