Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and network infrastructure during night hours.
- Provide high-quality technical support and resolution for internal users.
- Document system issues, resolutions, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Perform routine security audits and data backups to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over operational status reports.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests within agreed SLAs.

Qualifications
