Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to escalate complex technical problems.
- Conduct regular training sessions on basic software usage and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/Mac).
