Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to access cutting-edge research
- Monitor global technology policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive positioning

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing transformative technologies in enterprise environments
