Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) and their commercial applications
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scalable deployment of future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-ready methodologies and technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, Tech Futures) preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D portfolios
