Responsibilities
- Lead development of AI-powered predictive systems for 2026 market trends
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen infrastructure
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on sustainable tech incubation projects
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech adoption
- File 2-3 patents annually for breakthrough methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or machine learning
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ user architectures
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized tech paradigms
- Fluency in at least one functional programming language (Haskell/Scala)
